Soooo, I thought I’d start my blog with a quick introduction to myself (will get into more detail later), so here I am starting with 3 totally random facts about myself!  1. My absolute all time favourite food is – popcorn! and it’s gone beyond an obsession at this point! It absolutely has to be salted, everytime…and popcorn flavoured anything goes – jellybeans, ice cream, coffee etc!! YUM!2.
